We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. All sleep monitoring happens on-device. No tracking. No analytics. No ads. Your sleep, your privacy.

1. What We Access & How We Use Data (On Your Device)

  • Motion/Accelerometer Data (for Sleep Monitoring): ZenMode uses your iPhone's motion sensors to detect when the phone is still, analyzing your sleep patterns. Processing occurs entirely on your device. No raw motion data or sleep analysis is sent to our servers or third parties.
  • Local User Preferences & Alarm Settings: App settings, configured alarms, and local sleep session data are saved exclusively on your device. Not transmitted to us or any external service.

Sleep monitoring is 100% offline. We have no access to your sleep patterns or motion data.

2. What We DON'T Do

  • No personal data collection of any kind
  • No analytics or tracking of individual users
  • No ads, ad tracking, or profiling
  • No integration with HealthKit or other health platforms
  • No microphone access or audio processing
  • No data sent to external servers for sleep analysis

3. Data Handling

ZenMode is designed to operate with maximum privacy.

  • All features process data exclusively on your device
  • We do not have access to your usage habits or sleep patterns
  • No personal details are stored by ZenMode

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

ZenMode offers an optional lifetime Pro subscription as an in-app purchase.

  • Payment processing handled securely by Apple's App Store
  • RevenueCat (subscription management service) may be used
  • We do not store or access your payment details or personal purchase information

5. Your Control

  • Sensor Access: Control app access to motion sensors through iOS system settings. Core alarm features function even without sleep tracking enabled.
  • Clear Data: Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally saved preferences, alarm settings, and sleep session data.

Your privacy is protected by default.

6. Children's Privacy

ZenMode is not specifically designed for children under 13. Given our strict policy of not collecting or storing personal data, the app is compliant by design with children's online privacy regulations.
