Do your apps really not collect any data?

Correct. All Dro1d Labs apps process data locally on your device. We don't collect analytics, telemetry, usage data, or any personal information. We couldn't access your data even if we wanted to—we don't have servers to send it to.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Can I use your apps on multiple devices?

Yes! All purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Once purchased, you can install the app on any device signed in with that Apple ID at no additional cost.

Are your apps open source?

Many of our apps (like Defndr) are open source with code available on GitHub. Check individual app pages to see which ones are publicly auditable.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or manage subscriptions through the App Store app on macOS. Apple provides detailed instructions at support.apple.com.

My app isn't working correctly. What should I do?

First, try restarting the app and your device. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, contact us with details about the problem, your device model, and iOS/macOS version.

Do you offer educational or non-profit discounts?

We don't currently have a formal discount program, but we're open to discussions for bulk licensing or special circumstances. Reach out and let us know your use case.

Can I contribute to your open source projects?

Absolutely! We welcome contributions. Visit our GitHub organization, pick a project, and check the CONTRIBUTING.md file for guidelines.
