Terms of Service

┌─ AGREEMENT_TO_TERMS ────────────────────────────────────────┐

By downloading, installing, or using any Dro1d Labs application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our apps.

┌─ LICENSE_GRANT ─────────────────────────────────────────────┐

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dro1d Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store terms.

Some of our apps are open source and licensed under specific open source licenses (such as MIT or GPL). In those cases, the open source license terms apply to the source code, while these Terms govern your use of the compiled applications distributed through the App Store.

┌─ ACCEPTABLE_USE ────────────────────────────────────────────┐

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps (except as permitted by law or open source licenses)
Use the apps to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to circumvent any security features or restrictions
Use the apps in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair their functionality
Redistribute or resell our apps without authorization

┌─ PURCHASES_AND_SUBSCRIPTIONS ───────────────────────────────┐

Some of our apps are free with optional premium features available through in-app purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refunds

All sales are final. For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly as all payments are processed by Apple.

┌─ PRIVACY_AND_DATA ──────────────────────────────────────────┐

Your privacy is paramount. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. All processing happens on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data you create or store within our apps. We cannot recover lost data because we never have access to it in the first place.

┌─ INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY ─────────────────────────────────────┐

All non-open-source content, including app designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Dro1d Labs Limited and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

For open source apps, the source code is available under the respective open source license (see individual app repositories on GitHub). However, the Dro1d Labs name, logo, and branding remain our intellectual property.

┌─ DISCLAIMER_OF_WARRANTIES ──────────────────────────────────┐

OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive for excellence, software can have bugs, and we make no guarantees about performance or reliability.

┌─ LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY ───────────────────────────────────┐

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRO1D LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months.
